Midland Properties is a midsize commercial real estate company that owns, manages, and develops various real estate projects of various price points and scope. Since 1984, Midland Properties has been investing in high-quality real estate. We have invested across the risk spectrum, with a focus on investments with proven performance.

Midland Properties’ real estate investment portfolio comprises all asset types such as office buildings, shopping centers, condominiums and multi-family properties. We have been successful in reorienting and recapitalizing the properties through new development, rehabilitation and conversion projects. Our company has recently completed projects in New Jersey, Philadelphia, Michigan, Florida, and Ohio.

Founded by Mark Weiss, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Midland is a fully integrated private real estate investment management company with a 25 year track record of sourcing, underwriting and managing a broad range of real estate equity investments.
