Our role in the community is important to us- that’s why Midland Properties plays an active role in creating a brighter future for our children and for the benefit of society at large. For over 30 years we have made it part of our culture to give back through programs that support our values. Our work includes supporting food and clothing for the needy, education around the world and many other welfare programs.

Our CEO, Mark Weiss, was raised knowing it’s important to give back to the community. Our company believes that “if life happens to bless you, you should use those gifts as well and as wisely as you can.” We see equal value in all lives. Mark sits on the board of a number of public charities, as well as being a trustee on his own charitable foundation. He is dedicated to improving the quality of life for individuals around the world from the education of students in the United States, to assist in marriage expenses to indignant couples, to the health of a young mother in the Middle East. Our philosophy is that no one should ever be without food, shelter, and emotional support – no one should ever feel alone.
