OUR HISTORY

Mark Weiss, Chief Executive Officer, founded Midland Properties in 1984 as a personal investment vehicle and for managing his commercial and residential real estate portfolio. He owned and managed several garden apartment complexes in Philadelphia, PA, the suburbs of Detroit, Michigan, as well as numerous other buildings in the tri-state area. His experience brings a wealth of knowledge and experience that continues to guide the growth of our company. Mark is personally involved in every aspect of Midland’s properties and development. He has garnered a reputation as an astute investor in the real estate industry.
