Located in Cincinnati, Ohio, King’s Mall is a 60,000 sf retail shopping center anchored by HHGregg. We were able to better reposition and enhance this prime property, thereby increasing desirability for perspective tenants and maximizing value.

Situated Park Slope Brooklyn, NY, 308 14th Street is a property in which we are currently in the process of building a multifamily luxury rental building. Park Slope has all the makings of an excellent development location; we see great potential in this project.
